Shipping Policy
We offer nationwide delivery throughout Bangladesh.
For all orders outside Dhaka, the delivery charge must be paid in advance to confirm the order.
Return at the Time of Delivery
Return Policy
Please inspect your product carefully while the delivery person is still present. If the product does not meet your expectations, you may return it immediately through the delivery person. In such cases, only the delivery charge will be applicable.
Exchange Policy
If the item does not fit, we will be happy to exchange it for the correct size. In this case, the customer will need to pay the exchange delivery charge.
If the requested size is not available, you may choose another product of your preferred size. However, no refund will be provided in such cases.
Important Note
Returns are only accepted at the time of delivery, while the delivery person is present. Once the delivery has been completed and accepted, the order will no longer be eligible for return under this policy.
